The General Health Panel looks at the basic function of your main organs and hormones. This is a good place to start for a general wellness and has the things that would correlate to many of the conventional wellness labs.

This looks at the food the creates inflammation in your blood. There are numerous reasons and ways that inflammation gets into your body, but food is the main culprit. So in order to get the body to functioning optimally, we need to identify what food that is. There will be one (occasionally two) foods that is the primary food and is what needs to be avoided. Then there is the combination foods. Two foods that can be eaten, but are not supposed to be eaten at the same meal.
