Transition to Health Management
I’d like to tell you what I do as a Health Manager
I give patients:
- Personalized care
- The time and Advice they’re looking for
- The opportunity to be an active participant in their own care
- All while helping them navigate the complexities of medicine and health
How do I do this?
- By building a Health Management Plan
- That uses both time-tested and leading-edge therapies
- That are, more often than not, lower prices than pretty much anywhere else
So what is it that I do?
- The first thing that I do is build a comprehensive and personalized Health Management Plan
- The Second thing I do is give you time and advice
- the time to get to know and actually listen to you, and
- the advice to help you pursue a better quality of life
I help my members:
- Navigate the complexities of medicine, health, and wellness…and by doing this, people just like you, get to
- Take control of their health and their future
I advise on health and medical implications as it relates to the management of your health
I work to shelter you from inconsistent and incongruent advice and information, AND I plan with you for the most efficient and effective use of your resources
Ok – Let’s talk about what the word HEALTH really means:
- It’s not merely the absence of disease – this is how Health used to defined
- Health is the presence of, or process toward well-being
- The State of physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being
So, Health Management is a system of care that considers the whole person, and its influences
Health management provides a comprehensive and cohesive approach to a person’s health and care.
