Caleb Hartman has spent the last 20 years helping healthcare organizations enhance operational efficiencies and clinical outcomes, drive revenue growth, and deliver a more meaningful patient experience through technology and services. 

He began his career by delivering Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) to physician practices and health systems, assisting providers in making data-driven decisions and operating more efficiently at the point of care. Fueled by a passion for improving the lives of both patients and providers, Caleb has consistently concentrated on solutions that create real-world impact. 

As healthcare IT evolved toward SaaS-based solutions, Caleb embraced this transformation. Over the past 12 years, he has worked extensively with large health systems and integrated delivery networks (IDNs) to implement consumer-centric digital platforms that enhance patient engagement. His consultative approach, combined with a results-driven mindset, has taken him across the country to support organizations dedicated to improving care delivery. 

Caleb resides in Castle Rock, Colorado, with his wife of 19 years, six wonderful kids, and two dogs. They enjoy spending family time in the mountains and on the lake, soaking up the Colorado sun and savoring all the beauty the state has to offer. They also love to travel and experience as much live music as they can fit into their busy family life.
